The play follows the story of David, and the relationship with his daughter Layla as he discovers second-hand the challenges of growing up as a Woman in the modern day, which comes to a head when Layla leaves for uni and is spiked whilst out clubbing.

The aim of the project is to not only raise awareness for the issue of spiking, but also to educate Young Men on Women’s issues in a nuanced way through having a Male figure as our protagonist. 

We want to take the project to local night life spaces to ensure we reach the right audience.
